This page is an early preview of how the privacy policy for therapist4you.clinic may look. The final, legally reviewed version will be prepared before the platform starts processing real data from users, professionals, schools, event organisers and selected community partners.

1. Who is responsible for your data?

The platform therapist4you.clinic is coordinated by Małgorzata Kaszak. Before launch, this section will be updated with full business details (registered address, company or self‑employed status, contact for privacy questions).

Here we will also clearly name the data controller for visitors, users, professionals, schools, event organisers and selected partners using the platform.

2. What information may be collected?

In the full version of the platform, the following categories of data may be processed:

basic contact details of professionals, schools, event organisers and selected partners (name, phone, email, location or clinic address),
information about their work, events or listings (therapies, education, certificates, memberships, languages, events and partner details),
contact details of users who choose to send a message, create an account or save directory information,
technical information such as IP address and cookies needed for security and statistics.

The platform is not intended to store users' medical records or detailed health histories. This type of information, if needed, should stay directly between the user and the chosen professional.

3. How and why data will be used

Data on therapist4you.clinic will be used mainly to:

publish professional profiles in the directory,
show events, workshops, courses, field walks and retreats organised by professionals, schools and organisers,
allow users to contact professionals, create an account or save favourite profiles and events,
maintain platform security and basic statistics,
support selected community features such as healthy shop or partner listings, if introduced.

The final policy will specify the legal bases (for example consent and legitimate interest), storage periods and tools used to process data.

Cookies & analytics (preview)

The final version of this page will explain which cookies are necessary for the platform to work, and which are optional (statistics, possible future marketing).

Visitors will be able to choose their preferences in a clear and calm way, without aggressive banners.
